These terms apply to use of the ZanziHaven website and to inquiries, booking requests, confirmed reservations, payment coordination, and related guest services for The White Lion Resort.
Booking requests and confirmation
Submitting dates creates a pending booking request; it does not by itself confirm the stay. A reservation is confirmed only when the resort changes its status to confirmed and sends the relevant written notification. Availability can change until confirmation is completed.
Guest accounts
You must provide accurate contact and address information, protect your login credentials and private links, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Booking and payment links must not be shared publicly.
Rates and stay details
The website calculates the displayed total from the selected accommodation, meal plan, dates, and number of nights. A written manual offer may replace that calculation where the resort and guest agree to a different complete-stay total.
Payment
Available manual payment methods are shown on the private payment page. Card reservations, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency payments follow the instructions and timing displayed for the selected method. A payment is not treated as received until its status is confirmed in the booking workflow.
Cancellations, changes, and refunds
Pending requests can be cancelled through the guest account while the online cancellation option is available. Confirmed reservations, changes, and refund questions must be handled with the resort team. The written booking confirmation, selected payment method, and any agreed offer determine the applicable financial outcome.
Guest responsibilities and resort rules
Guests must provide correct arrival and occupancy information, follow applicable laws and resort rules, respect other guests, staff, wildlife, accommodation, and shared spaces, and pay for agreed services or damage for which they are responsible.
Website information
ZanziHaven works to keep descriptions, rates, images, and availability accurate. Resort operations, maintenance, weather, transport, wildlife, and local conditions can require reasonable changes.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, submit fraudulent requests, test private payment links without permission, or use website content in violation of applicable rights.
Liability and applicable rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any additional limits, governing law, or dispute arrangements stated in a written booking confirmation apply together with mandatory consumer protections.
